NARS is well-known for blush (of the powder variety) due to the popularity of Orgasm. But I find their cream blush formula to be just as good.
I have two cream blushes by NARS, Cactus Flower and Penny Lane, and they couldn't be more different. Cactus Flower is a look-at-me super bright coral pink with shimmer and Penny Lane is a very understated muted pink.

Formula-wise they both feel like any other cream blush at first. But once applied and blended, they have a powder-like finish and feels very light on your skin - no heavy clogging feeling that you get with some other cream blushes.
