Tom Ford Cheek Color in Flush #3

Out of all the Tom Ford blush colours, my eyes went straight to this one. But then I'm a coral kind of girl so I'm always immediately drawn to anything peachy coral. The rest of the line-up are mostly neutral pinks except for Wicked which is an intense bright pink.
The packaging is exactly the same as the eyeshadow palette except smaller. No brush is included with the cheek colors, which means a smaller compact for your makeup bag. All the compacts/palettes come with a pouch to prevent scratches (a la Chanel/Dior).
The texture of the powder reminds me of Shu Uemura Glow On - very finely milled pressed powder.
It's very easy to work with this blush as the colour picks up immediately on the brush. When applied to the cheeks it blends effortlessly. But you do have to be careful not to overdo it as it is very pigmented.
Here is a comparison photo next to NARS Orgasm. As you can see, Orgasm almost looks brown next to Flush (and Orgasm is pretty pink/peachy).
Flush is a coral peach with very subtle shimmer, which is not visible in the pan. NARS Orgasm it is not - there are no glitter bits here. The shimmer is equal to what you would find in a Chanel Joues Contraste. It prevents the colour looking too matte (and therefore dull & powdery).
So how does Tom Ford Cheek Color compare to other blushes price-wise? It definitely sounds pricey at £45 for a blush.
Tom Ford Cheek Color: 8g for £45 (£5.63/g)
NARS Blush: 4.5g for £20.50 (£4.55/g)
Shu Uemura Glow On: 5g for £19.50 (£3.90/g)
Chanel Joues Contraste: 4g for £31 (£7.75/g)
OK, so it's not the cheapest but it is not the most expensive either. But if you are you still reading this then you're probably going to buy it anyway ;p
